a) personal pickup in the bookstore + payment in cash: the customer only pays for the price of the goods, he will be given a receipt, the good will be reserved for 7 days from the day of the order, longer reservations have to be arranged by phone or e-mail – see contact information.

 

b) mail delivery + payment by a bank transfer: the customer pays the price of the goods + the price of shipping and handling:

In the case of a bank transfer from outside the Czech Republic, the customer covers all banking fees. The customer will transfer the asked sum to the account listed in the order confirmation email with the variable symbol (found in the same place) within 7 days and the order will be shipped without delay (longer time to make the payment and thus a longer reservation on the goods has to be arranged in necessary).

 

c) mail delivery + advance payment by postal order: the customer pays the price of the goods + cost of shipping and handling amounting to 80 CZK + VAT (in case the price of the order exceeds 1500 CZK, shipping and handling is free); the customer will send the asked sum to the account listed in the order confirmation email with the variable symbol (found in the same place) using a money order type A within 7 days and the order will be shipped without delay (longer time to make the payment and thus a longer reservation on the goods has to be arranged in necessary). This type of payment can only be used within the Czech Republic.

 

d) mail delivery with payment on delivery - cash on delivery: the customer plays for the goods and shipping directly while accepting the goods from Czech Post. The postage is:

 

 

 

Get the ordered goods ready according to the chosen type of shipping and payment immediately after receiving the order. In case the goods are not available or there are any other circumstances preventing the order from being fulfilled the supplier will immediately inform the customer by email.

 

 

Pay for the price using the chosen method (bank transfer or in cash) within 7 days after the order has been confirmed and to take the ordered goods in the chosen manner. The customer will immediately inform the supplier about any circumstances preventing the order from being paid for or received by phone or email.
