Druhá část už je specifičtěji orientovaná na problematiku osvětlování nočních oblastí ves-mírnými zrcadly. Vůbec poprvé komplexně mapuje historii těchto plánů od jejich počátku ve 20. letech 20. století až do současnosti a zasazuje je do sociálního, politického, kulturního a environmentálního kontextu. The second part focuses more specifically on the issue of illuminating night regions with cosmic mirrors.
